Duties
- Conduct warm calls to potential clients to introduce products and services.
- Build rapport with prospects by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our software systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and other sources.
- Provide feedback on customer responses to help refine sales approaches.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitive landscape.
Skills
- Proficient in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or inside sales is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with technology sales or technical sales concepts is a plus.
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify opportunities.
- Comfortable using software tools for tracking calls and managing customer relationships.
- Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
